We all have stress. It is a common denominator in all of us. Some have more, some have less, but someway or another it is always there. It’s triggered by hectic and stressful situations, some may stress daily others may stress once a year. Still, we have all been through STRESS.
The question is, can stress kill you or harm you. We do know stress can lead to consumption of food or unhealthy binge eating, or drinking or smoking etc… But apart from this can stress itself kill you?
