How do you get out of bed when you hate going to work?

Many of you have been in this position. You dread the week because you absolutely hate your job and everything enticed to it. The truth is, you have to make the best out of it, or quit! Make the best out of the situation and motivate yourself to getting up everyday and not calling in sick!
First and foremost, get up early! Enjoy the morning that way you will get to work relaxed and in a good mood. Don’t snooze! Wake up early, have a healthy breakfast, fit in a run, a bubble bath… everything you need to relax your mind. Get to work feeling happy and relaxed.
Also, make plans! Always have something in mind. Don’t fall into a cycle during the week. Try to plan a dinner on a Wednesday or a yoga class a Tuesday. Plan activities that will make your week worthwhile and make it go by quicker.
Last but not least, always make lists. Make a to – do list daily and constantly be tackling those duties! That way you will finish off the day productively and accomplished!
