The snooze button can be a harmful tool for many. We all tend to hit snooze at least three times during our morning wake up routine.
For some of us, those twenty minutes are a healthy start to our morning to stretch and fully wake up. For others, that snooze button is an open window to fall back into profound sleep.
The truth is, that extra half an hour of sleep is proven by scientist to not bring any benefit to your sleep cycle. Those extra minutes will just delay the process of waking up.
What should you do? If you have to wake up by 7:00 AM then try to set your alarm at 6:50 AM and snooze for ten minutes. Ten minutes will not be enough to fall deep into sleep again, but it will certainly help you wake up energized!
