Admin Assistant (JN -082019-4004)

Our client is a commercial bank with headquarters in Florida. They are currently looking for a Temp Admin Assistant to join their Executive Office for a temporary assignment.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative office experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized.
  • MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Greeting vendors, take messages, photocopying, scanning documents, data entry, coffee, organizing files and helping with other clerical and administrative duties.

Education / Training

  • A high school diploma.

  • Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
