One of our clients, a growing company, with an energetic and fast-paced team in the construction industry, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must have good computer and people skills.
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Detail oriented.
- Quickbooks Knowledge (required)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Clerical duties (Reception Desk, take and redirect incoming calls, support with administrative task and project management)
- In charge of all office supplies needed for the correct operation of the office and employees, as well as manage the inventory of the stationery materials and other elements of the company. In some occasions is necessary to issue administrative purchase order to the administrative vendors.
- Monthly classify and report administrative expenses by category.
- Administrative support registering invoices for the finance department.
