Our clients, a leader in the Clothing Industry, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This role will evolve into assisting the National Sales Manager of the company
Qualifications / Requirements
- 1 – 3 Years of Experience in related administrative or related positions.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Experience with customer service, attending clients and/or answering customer calls.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative and Clerical duties in the office
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
