Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in the banking Industry for one of our best clients.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Interpersonal and time management skills are very important.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Very good knowledge of computers.
  • Fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist.
  • Scheduling meetings, distributing mail.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and preparing reports for Board of Director and Department.
  • Assisting Department Director.

Education / Training

  • High School or equivalent.
  • 2 –  4 years related experience in banking or related financial customer service experience.
