Administrative Assistant

Our client is a fast and innovative growing company that sales products that improve the costumer experience in gas stations. Right now they are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills – Customer Service calls and Emails



  • Keep an excellent communication with the Accountants.
  • Control of the cash Flow.
  • Managing the Agenda.
  • Performs basic clerical and administrative duties for assigned department.
  • Responsible for invoicing the clients.
  • Purchase Orders.
  • Buy and Organize Office Supplies.
  •  Maintains organized computer and/or hard copy files for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Answer Phones/Direct Customers to appropriate departments when visiting
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Coordinating meetings
