One of our clients, a media company engaged in the production, distribution, and marketing of Pay TV channels in the U.S. Hispanic market, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Panama, Central America, and the Caribbean is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Customer support to join their team!
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must have good computer and people skills.
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Reports to the COO.
- Organizing the calendar for the COO.
- Organize travel and meetings.
- Will help the Customers with applications.
- Handle phone calls.
- Interact and provide customer service to customers.
Monday through Friday 9am to 6:00pm , 1 hour lunch break.
