Financial Sales Associate (Brokerage)

To develop new clients by promoting the products and services of the company.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial concepts related and pertaining to the financial markets
  • Good contacts and a list of potential clients for immediate contact
  • Candidate must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English, including excellent written skills in both languages
  • Strong knowledge of Anti Money Laundering concepts
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office


  • Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers
  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients
  • Coordinate Seminars on topics related to the investment world for potential or existing clients
  • Assist new clients in filing out required forms
  • Insure that new client files are complete and up to date
  • Assist the Directors and Colleagues with clients or business development when requested
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
  • Maintaining personal networks; patricipating in professional organizations
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Education / Training

  • Bachelors in Finance or related field


  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience selling financial products/services
  • Strong knowledge of Anti Money Laundering concepts


  • The company will provide training and sponsor for all needed licenses
  • Base salary, plus great commission structure
