You will be a key factor in ASAP’s success by generating new business through inbound and outbound opportunities, conducting top-notch conversations and follow-ups with industries’ Decision Makers in prospect accounts to fuel our growth. By working closely with the Recruitment Department, you will develop and prioritize strategic target account lists within the U.S You will contribute to our business growth in constant learning, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a first-class member of our Business Development Team

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-time corporate B2B sales
  • 2+ years of experience working in a team 
  • 1+ years of experience in strategic prospecting and cold calling
  • Bilingual (Speaking & Writing)

 

Responsibilities

– To identify hiring companies and/or hiring managers

– To contact, over the phone, hiring managers and companies

– To engage and build rapport and trust with hiring manager

– To open new business accounts, over the phone, and generate meetings for the Account Managers

– To follow-up with contacts and connections to close the deals
