Call Center Agent (JN -112020-4300)

Our client is a leader in Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) offering affordable financing that allows property owners to pay for upgrades that increase energy efficiency, harness renewable energy, conserve water, and protect against storms.

They are seeking an experienced, energetic, self-motivated Call Center Agents to join their team, working from home. Initially this position could start on a temporary basis, and has potential to lead to a direct hire opportunity, depending on experience.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales and/or call center experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in financial, real estate, and mortgage or consumer finance industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively manage various responsibilities simultaneously
  • Experience with phone sales or customer service required.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work with interested clients to help them understand program specifics and assist them with their applications.
  • Be active in contacting prospective Clients, Contractors and any other determined potential business source as directed.
  • Coordinate with funding department, underwriting department, and sales team to obtain all necessary documentation as required.
  • Assist sales team as needed to ensure that projects move through all steps of the process in a timely manner.
  • Update and track daily project reports.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of department policy and procedure documents and forms.
  • Act as a resource for district staff or contractors to handle any questions, troubleshoot projects or assist in prospective business.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Background

  • Experience in a sophisticated call center environment with call center tools and CRM preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in some sort of regulated environment where verifying the caller is required (financial preferred but not required)
  • Experience in B2C and B2B
  • Experience in pre-sales and not exclusively post-sales
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Aggressive – High A profile (independent)
