Qualifications / Requirements

  • Highly Motivated 
  • Great fluency in English (Spoken & written)
  • Great communications skills
  • Solid sales experience
  • Knowledge or experience with Salesforce is peferred
  • Drive and will (attitude is everything for this role)

Responsibilities

  • To open doors, generate and create opportunities for the Sales Team to close deals
  • To establish the first and initial contact with new prospects and leads to generate new business and meet client-visit goals
  • To grow client-based relationships with additional departments & hiring managers
  • To continuously reach out to Target and prospect clients through phone and messages (e-mail, linked-In, etc)
  • To research and track most relevant Target and Contacts’ information and to accurately track it on system
  • To develop solutions to add value to our clients through staffing & recruiting services
  • To represent ASAP’s brand been the initial and first point of contact between ASAP and Target Clients
  • To provide valuable information to Target Clients
  • To collect information, concerns and trending questions from Target Clients to be discussed and approached by Sales Team
  • To maintain Target Clients’ Organizational Chart up to date
  • To identify hiring companies and/or hiring managers
  • To contact, over the phone, hiring managers and companies
  • To engage and build rapport and trust with hiring manager
  • To open new business accounts, over the phone, and generate meetings for the Account Managers
  • To follow-up with contacts and connections to close the deals

Education / Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Background

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Marketing

Measurables:

  • To set at least 2 “Client Visits” with Target Clients per month
  • To make at least 900 reaches (calls, messages) per month
  • To bring (signed agreement) at least 1 Target client per month
