They are looking for a Content Marketing Manager, to join their team in Medellín, Colombia!

The Content Marketing Manager’s mission is to maximize lead generation and revenue growth by overseeing the creation, execution, and delivery of compelling, educational content across all our channels. You will play a key role in the success of our digital marketing campaigns. Write and edit copy for all content to support digital campaigns and educate our prospects.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager
  • 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferred
  • 3-6 years in lead generation experience
  • Experience in the Transportation industry is desired
  • Must speak and write proficiently in the English language
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience planning, creating, and implementing a marketing strategy
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights – knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM and email marketing tools and social media insights
  • Marketing automation experience
  • Proficient understanding of the principles of content marketing and best practices related to lead generation and driving leads through the sales funnel
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company’s brand identity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise with writing creative copy that coincides with keywords used in SEO efforts
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Strong time-management and organization skills

  • Create thought provoking content all company’s channels
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Set up and optimize company pages within relevant platforms to increase the visibility of a company’s social content
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Create presentations, communication plans, corporate communications materials, media releases and provide event assistance
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and consultants on determining and tracking relevant KPIs
  • Stay abreast of current lead gen/targeted marketing best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of the company
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation, graphic design, and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining informative, captivating and on message
  • Develops, implements, and reviews systems to increase department efficiency and effectiveness
  • Utilize various computer programs
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates to clients
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with target audiences
  • Displays flexibility with workload and schedule in order to meet company needs
