Customer Service Executive- (JN -112021-4634)

Our client is a global company in the aviation industry, that’s looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. This position is to be performed on-site, Monday – Friday (10:00 am-6:00 pm), flexible to remote work occasionally.

The ideal candidate needs to be flexible, proactive, energetic, hands-on, wants to grow within the company and wants to develop new skills. This position is for you if you like to be in a dynamic environment, working with multicultural teams, ensuring excellent service standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical or commercial subject
  • + 2 years working in the Aviation trading industry or related
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, detail-oriented, problem solving, organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbally/writing) in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP system (SAP), Quantum, Pentagon
  • Experience in Aviation parts/components/ engines advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all elements of the relevant quality management system are fulfilled. Ensure that the trading system properly reflects activities (quotes, sales orders, revenue, etc.)
  • Communicate with customers to generate leads and fill the sales pipeline, manage transactions as part of the 24/7 trading operations, follow up with customers to effectively generate revenue and ensure proper handover to the other regions
  • Maximize profit through effective quoting as defined. Support after-sales and cash collection for assigned accounts
  • Engage efficiently with colleagues from other regions to develop strategies and pursuing
  • Liaise with current and potential customers in the region, present the product portfolio and business opportunities to customers and act as communication channel between our client and customers for outright sale, loan, and exchanges
