Right now we are looking for Customer Success Managers to assist clients seeking to dispatch, schedule, and report using our client’s cloud-based field service management solution.

All kinds of small and medium-sized businesses, in many industries, leverage our client’s power to manage their mobile workers efficiently, simplify business processes, and optimize costs. They serve clients in 88 countries to help them better quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers.

This is a remote position, working on- site is required if needed. Office is located in the trendy Wyndwood area of Miami.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to distance selling
  • Fluency in Spanish is required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the customers and prospects understand the benefits of the solution
  • Guide prospects to turn them into customers
  • Provide remote demonstrations and training
  • Help customers resolve payment issues and grow existing accounts
  • Answer live chat questions
  • Manage all reports via the CRM software
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests for new features
