Demand Manager (JN -022020-4118)

Our client is a leading telecommunication and digital services provider which serves 50 million customers and employees over 12,000 people around the world and they are currently looking for a Demand Manager, in Miami.

The Demand Manager supports the Business Transformation Office with an overview of business requirements (as derived from journey definition) and technical capabilities (as given in current or demanded in target architecture). He/she supports the customer journey lead in seeking alignment between business and tech areas. Further he/she provides the program manager structured overview of the Business Transformation Office roadmap, planning and resource needs. Also, leads the agile program increment planning meetings.

  • End-to-end responsibility for planning and tracking of the BTO delivery roadmap, i.e. the midterm scope, assessment and selection of features/ initiatives during CJ design, business requirements on frontend/backend features, processes & products

  • Evaluation of the feature backlog (i.e. business requirements) against existent and/or planned target architecture capabilities. Moderation of alignment between the organization’s architecture owner (i.e. CTIO/COO), concurrent BAU requests towards implementations in current stacks, value realization/ prioritization, convergence of frontend/backend development in one unified target architecture

  • Facilitation of agile working team in PI planning meetings

Education / Training


  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, IT or related)
  • PMP certification is a MUST



  • +10 years of experience on telecom or IT industry
  • LATAM market experience is a plus
