Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, an ecommerce startup company, is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create and manage new marketing strategies as well as maintaining and developing new clients, influencers, bloggers and partners.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in marketing, ecommerce, or related fields
  • Proven understanding of testing, analyzing, and reporting
  • Exceptional track record developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience working with a range of budgets (small or large) and managerial marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge in SEO, SEA, and CRM, with demonstrated positive results from previous employment
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, delivering against tight-deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be able to complete all necessary related tasks from planning and budgeting to operating, metrics, and running reports
  • Hands-on person with an entrepreneurial spirit and the natural ability to be flexible and shift strategically within the realms of company culture
  • Able to assist in the growth of a company, building a team proactively with respect for our unique atmosphere and culture
  • Go-getter with the right attitude and passion to become part of a team that will shape the success of a young and creative company
  • Native or fluent English speaker is a must; Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Experience in the online retail sphere of consumer goods, beauty and health, fashion or lifestyle products is a plus
  • Experience in a marketing/branding agency is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing the strategic planning as well as the full operations for all marketing channels, including SEA, SEO, CRM, Social, Display, Affiliate, and PR.
  • Creating and managing all marketing campaigns across the aforementioned channels
  • Optimizing CR, CLV as well as maintaining our very strategic brand vision in line with our CMO
  • Identifying and defining target markets and demographics, utilizing strategic marketing channels to influence said target markets
  • Brainstorming and working alongside the management and stakeholders to create unique, integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Networking and establishing necessary relationships with outside agencies, negotiating potential partnerships with important influencers and bloggers
  • Developing and adhering to a strict marketing budget to drive sales and demonstrate positive ROI
  • Using personal ambition and drive to self-motivate, shaping and building a company from the ground up using strategic and implemented techniques

Education / Training

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related business administrative environment
