They are currently looking for a Digital Platform Manager to join their team for several locations in Latin America (Panama, Colombia, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Bolivia, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua)

As Digital Platform Manager, you will define, implement and enforce a cloud digital strategy that will result in significant improvements in application delivery, governance, security, scalability, reliability and release management.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Domain expertise in cloud operating modelBalance technical and business insight; able to communicate what is possible and what will have the biggest impact on business
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally; an active listener and clear communicator; seeks understanding. Preferred Qualification Requirements
  • 8 to 10+ years in the high-tech industry with experience owning products from inception to launch at a combination of both small and large organizations
  • 5+ years senior level experience leading geographically distributed teams to include remote teams
  • Ideally you have previously driven a product development process to include assessment of impact, risk analysis, prioritization, and analysis
  • Your experience includes working with external partners both in the U.S. and abroad in a product management role

  • Manage existing products through proper methodologies and practices
  • Change management capability to properly introduce changes in the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, which include active listening and the ability to present complex ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch
  • Work with Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to successful delivery of features and capabilities
  • Work closely with customers to identify needs and requirements

  • Assess and lead a vendor maturity initiative to raise the standards on how we build and operate our solutions in the cloud
  • Lead automation initiatives that will support our growth, improve our time to market and reduce manual errors
  • Define a process to prepare, anticipate and learn from failures
  • Define and closely monitor key platform KPIs
  • Be a technology evangelist and partner closely with internal and external business partners and engineering leaders
  • Communicate strategies and trade-offs up to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into meaningful advancements for our products
  • Assess gaps between current and target operating model, evaluate options, and develop appropriate solution strategies leveraging company’s technologies in combination with other tools
