About the Role:

Are you excited about the opportunity to spearhead the hottest (pun intended) dance brand of our generation?

We are seeking a Director of Marketing who will oversee the brand’s end-to-end digital marketing efforts, including campaigns for new product launches, social media marketing, influencer marketing and shoe collaborations, branding, partnerships, and more.

We are growing fast and need someone who can keep up with the pace. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, resourceful, and outside-the-box thinkers.

The role is a hybrid of remote working and in-person in the office in Miami, FL.

Qualifications / Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing and/or branding experience
  • You are a creative thinker and are able to think outside-the-box.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with persistent attention to detail.
  • The role is entrepreneurial, self-directed, and resourceful. You thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. You can work autonomously with little direction.
  • You are a clear communicator with the ability to present approaches, solve problems, and think on your feet
  • You maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity
  • A dance interest or background is an added plus but not a requirement

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company’s end-to-end digital marketing efforts
  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns around new product launches, shoe collaborations with professional dancers, promotions, and more
  • Manage influencer marketing efforts, including new shoe collaborations based on the company’s strategic business objectives
  • Support social media marketing, including the brand’s content strategy and community engagement online
  • Manage the build-out, maintenance, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and automated flows
  • Gather market research from dancers and our customers via focus groups, interviews, and surveys in order to support the company’s product development efforts
  • Expand relationships with dance studios and dance retail stores
  • Continue to fine-tune branding, brand identity and brand voice
