Inside Sales Representative (JN -042022-4812)

You will be responsible for qualifying prospects and establishing relationships with qualified customers; as well as successfully completing the company training program and gaining the knowledge necessary for promotion in the sales team.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A strong desire and ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Uses creativity and organizational skills to be efficient and effective

  • At least 1 year of Sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospects through cold calling/emailing
  • Successfully convert cold calls/emails into long term business relationships
  • Provide customers with exceptional & systematic customer service
  • Grow accounts to their full potential
  • Meet activity and opportunity targets
  • Learn and implement Sandler Sales techniques
  • Learn & implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle
  • Learn to effectively use ACT, SAP & Outlook in the sales cycle to operate independently

Education / Training

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
