Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years inbound/outbound sales call/contact center experience (previous outbound sales experience required)
  • Motivated self-starter
  • High tolerance for repetitive tasks
  • Ability to multitask
  • Clear English speaking voice and proper phone etiquette; professional communication skills
  • Dependability is a must
  • Computer proficient
  • Typing – Minimum 35 WPM
  • Passionate about health & wellness


  • Handle inbound sales calls, live chats and emails
  • Outbound cold calling effort to prospects and existing clients
  • Achieve/exceed contact, productivity and sales targets
    • Inbound/outbound contact targets
    • Sales conversion and up sell targets
  • Effectively qualify prospects and deliver sales presentations representing the features and benefits of the products
  • Efficiently manage lead sources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Adjust sales approach to better target the needs of prospective/existing clients
  • Show a sense of urgency in driving the business; be it achieving outbound calls, emails and follow up to clients
