International Business Analyst

Conduct financial analysis, developing domestic and global budgets and documents. Monitor international and local project plans. Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business developments. Responsible for providing leadership in reaching goals through strategies to enter into international markets, leading negotiations & managing key client relationships, including new clients in the staffing sector. Identify factors for improvement that include the creation of efficient business processes for the company and clients. Oversee and implement full sales cycle, including marketing research. Create and customize presentations and other sales materials. Capture prospect and market needs and trends and consult with executive leadership and internal teams for solution development.
