Inventory Clerk

One of our clients, a leader in the automotive parts industry, is currently looking for an Inventory Clerk to monitor and maintain current inventory levels.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
  • Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
  • Knowledge of invoicing procedures
  • Proven experience on QuickBooks inventory routines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels
  • Purchase orders processing as required
  • Orders tracking
  • Purchases records maintaining
  • Physical count of inventory, reconciling with actual stock count to computer-generated reports
  • Reception, unpacking, and goods deliveries
  • Re-stock items as necessary
  • Shelves labeling
  • Customers invoices processing and issuance
  • Returns processing and documentation as required following established procedures
  • Clerical duties routine, including data entry (QuickBooks), phone answering and customers support
  • Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
