Assist in supporting the I.T. infrastructure of our facility from helpdesk to admin work!

Help out where needed with supporting on-site needs for the I.T. team

Qualifications / Requirements

Preferred Experience & Education

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, CS, Cybersecurity, or related area
  • Great Windows environment experience/certifications – especially on Windows 10+
  • Value knowing more than just Windows – iOS, Android, macOS experience
  • CompTIA+ cert

Responsibilities

Primary Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Help with on-site and remote user support for our developing helpdesk
  • Deploy new equipment with assistance from senior admins – workstations, printers, surveillance cameras, network equipment, etc.
  • Conduct onboardings with users
  • Conduct terminations with senior admins and HR
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground in the facility for all I.T. needs and alerts
  • Continue to learn new skills to grow responsibility and improve the organization’s I.T. infrastructure

Education / Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, CS, Cybersecurity, or related area
  • CompTIA+ cert

Background

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
