LATAM Marketing Director

Our client is one of the best known companies/brands in the Food & Beverage Industry. Do to the rapid and strategic growth plan in LATAM, we are looking for a Marketing Director with regional experience to generate significant results on this market/territory.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish with oral and written fluency required
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Requires collaboration with cross-functional team
  • Business analysis and problem solving skills
  • Ability to directly implement and execute results by being “hands on”
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines (multi-task oriented)
  • Quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Power Point
  • Detail-oriented
  • Travel required 50 to 60% given business priorities (primarily within the Latin America). Flexible to work extended time during project/planning periods


  • Develop the Marketing Strategy for the region
  • Executing annual operating plan and the overall strategy set from a centralized marketing resource
  • Forecasting the brand volume, in conjunction with the sales, supply chain, analytics and finance teams
  • Tracking and analyzing the business on an ongoing basis, and making course correction recommendations as needed
  • Assist in delivering quarterly and annual sales, profit and market share versus targets
  • Co-managing the brands budget with the Marketing Director
  • Act as the project leader for daily marketing projects
  • Execute Brand Advertising, in conjunction with the advertising agency
  • Assist in the development of consumer promotions with the Integrated Marketing team
  • Execute the commercialization process and launching Innovation
  • Collaborate with Mexico Marketing team to identify and implement research needs

Education / Training

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, BA or related degree
  • Master Degree in Marketing and/or MBA


  • 10+ years relevant marketing experience in the F&B, Consumer Goods or related industries
