Marketing and Sales Specialist

Qualifications / Requirements

¬†Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited university or
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the telecom industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluency in English/Spanish required, Portuguese a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America



Create reports to support Sales and Marketing department by directing the efforts in defining, creating, and delivering operational reports and dashboards to strategic and tactical audiences.
Ensure transparency and visibility of ongoing initiatives and processes on the Sales and Marketing Department.
Responsible for forecast management and analysis data to evaluate current sales goals.
Lead the development of the CRM in and alignment with existing company processes.
Support the administration of assuring that expenditures are in line with budget
Analyze commercial operations and sales processes to improve the productivity/efficiency of the business. Also responsible for creating and maintaining the necessary documentation for all sales and commercial operations processes.
Analyzes Sales and Marketing data to assure sales performance.
Drives the analysis of timelines, improvements, pricing process, sales reporting, on strategic and standard accounts.
Oversees the development of Sales and Marketing Budget.
Directs effort for defining, creating, and delivering operational reports to internal customers within the organization.
Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), MRM Readiness & Analysis
Prepare and support Sales and Marketing Department’s reports / presentations to management, PMT – Board Report & Analysis.
Support and shares the company’s culture and values and represents a strong company spirit at all times
Performs other relevant activities as requested.
