Marketing Coordinator

Our client is in the IT Health Care Industry and they are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their modern B2B marketing department

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ yrs of related experience in Marketing and Project Management
  • Able to work in a collaborative and creative environment which promotes teamwork
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to be flexible in a highly dynamic business
  • Highly organized and self-managed
  • Experience with maintaining a budget

Responsibilities

  • Track all marketing costs in accordance with pre-approved marketing plans and budgets
  • Track all advertising/marketing initiatives to determine ROI for each activity
  • Manage and drive the success of myriad marketing vendors while supporting the needs of a growing demand generation engine
  • Manage the acquisition of promotional items and inventory for internal and external use
  • Consolidate and summarize metrics for team to guide future marketing tactical development
  • Monitor the success of promotional activities based on metrics and make necessary adjustments
  • Assist with events management including managing and researching opportunities, marketing of event, maintaining a budget and logistics
  • Coordinate communication and marketing project progress to marketing leadership

Background

  • Past experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Start-up Experience
