Marketing Manager – Staffing & Recruiting – Venezuela

ASAP is a large and fast growing Staffing & Recruiting firm.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of ASAP’s accelerated growth in the years ahead. Developing and maintaining strong brand recognition and awareness is the main objective of this role.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish) in both verbal & written communications
  • Position is based and budgeted in Venezuela
  • Must have experience working with Google Analytics
  • Must be goals oriented and confortable working independently from home

Responsibilities

  1. Marketing strategy & implementation
  • Assist in the development of Marketing Campaigns
    • On-line Marketing & Social Media (Linked-In, Facebook, Twitter)
    • Direct mail Marketing (Additional printed information)
    • Marketing tools for our sales team to leverage on
    • Internal “work-environment” campaign
  • Develop design & content of marketing campaigns
  • Implement Marketing Plan
  • Develop, implement, track and up-date Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
  1. Social Media & Content management
  • Create and publish company content (Press Releases, Company’s news and industry related articles)
  • Share on company’s website & social media (Linked-In, Facebook & Twitter)
  • Create and track discussion issues on blogs and sites
  1. Website maintenance
  • Create Client’s login users
  • Create Assigned Employee’s login users
  • Post new Job Openings in website
    • Remove all client information from Job Description & publish it on website
    • Copy the link for the “Public Job Description” (posted on website) to the Job Description on front-office system
    • Share and publish posted Job Openings in company’s social media sites (Linked-In, Facebook & Twitter)
  1. Measurement & controls
  • Develop monetization and conversion tools to track campaigns’ effectiveness
  • Assist in budget creation and control (for Marketing)
  1. Public Relations (Marketing)
  • Awards and Chambers
  • Find & identify events to sponsor
  • Find, identify and apply for industry related awards
  1. Purchasing of marketing products
  • Assist on purchasing of Marketing materials
  • Source different vendors for marketing materials and select the most suitable
  • Create comparison charts to determine the best vendor based on the set criteria
  • Place Purchasing Orders with vendors

Background

  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
