Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

·      Knowledge of Search360, DV360 products, and programmatic buying space, including programmatic reservations

·      Demonstrated ability to lead, partner, and influence cross-functionally.

·      Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; ability to clearly communicate visually and verbally.

·      Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate user feedback into prioritized use cases to inform the product roadmap.

·      Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

·      Lead the channel’s creative development across desktop, mobile, native, and social platforms:

·      Various display advertising assets (includes banners and native units) refreshes, new creative opportunities, and budget required for development

·      Updating of landing pages to account for product changes

·      Manage the tracking, testing, and QA of all creative and media assets for the accuracy, functionality, and flow of ad experiences and documenting as necessary to ensure flawless execution of media

·      Manage monthly/quarterly media and creative budgets to ensure media investment is spent correctly and efficiently to deliver maximum value to the business, and that the team is billed and pays partners on time

·      Work closely with agency partners and other vendors, including agency media and analytics teams, to ensure that they provide maximum value by delivering flawless execution and value-add strategic support to Display Acquisitions team.

Desired professional experience

·      Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including experience in DV360, Search 360, digital paid media management, programmatic buying, agencies and overall marketing planning

·      Proved experience as marketing or brand in a regional/LATAM environment –

·      Proven experience and expertise in acquisition, growth and digital performance

·      Adept at working in a data driven, fast moving environments with a bias for action

·      Proven success in developing and scaling a consumer brand

·      High energy and action-oriented

·      A history of leading teams to successful outcomes

·      An aggressive self-starter but still a humble team player with a collaborative style

·      Core competencies
