Operations Assistant Manager (Venezuela Based)

Our client, a High Profile Real Estate Investment Firm is looking for a Bilingual Operations Assistant Manager to work remotely from Venezuela

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance or Engineering fields
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Major in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
  • MBA Highly Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create & develop Business Plans for new projects.
  • Prepare presentations to top management on new related projects (Property Management & Real Estate).
  • Manage relationships with Vendors (Insurance, Bankers, Maintenance, etc).
  • Assist on special projects as they are presented by company owner.
  • Maintain agenda and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate especial projects with project managers
