Our client, a High Profile Real Estate Investment Firm is looking for a Bilingual Operations Assistant Manager to work remotely from Venezuela
Qualifications / Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Finance or Engineering fields
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Major in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
- MBA Highly Preferred
- Create & develop Business Plans for new projects.
- Prepare presentations to top management on new related projects (Property Management & Real Estate).
- Manage relationships with Vendors (Insurance, Bankers, Maintenance, etc).
- Assist on special projects as they are presented by company owner.
- Maintain agenda and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate especial projects with project managers
