Our client is a top-selling manufacturer of electric and pneumatic vibrators for the construction industry.
They are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team!
The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have the ability to conduct product demonstrations.
You will be able to search, find and contact prospects and explain their competitive advantages.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or equal experience.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Proficient on CRM reporting
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Travel 70%+
- Territory: USA and Canada
- Self-management ability required: after an initial training candidate will be invited to search, contact, close deals independently
