Product Manager (JN -052019-3961)

Our client is a leading telecommunication and digital services provider which serves 50 million customers and employs over 12,000 people around the world. They are currently looking for a Product Manager to design and develop aimed at improving current products or developing new ones to satisfy consumer demand and substantially contribute to the company’s revenues and profitability growth.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Managerial experience in medium to large size organizations
  • A born product development native with substantial knowledge on product definition, development, and life cycle management
  • Proven revenue generation, strategy, and management experience

  • Work closely with Business teams to review business cases and use consumer insights to aid the ideation process
  • Prioritize portfolio of new products or features to ensure strategic alignment and budget accomplishment
  • Provide technical support to evaluate ideas to expand Transactional Journey Digital product portfolio
  • Produce user stories by preparing the functional and technical specifications of new product or improvements of existing ones
  • Overseen all aspects related to the customer experience and journey when engaging with the company’s products ensuring not only the quality and technical excellence but also the QoE of the end product
  • Clearly establishes product milestones (or sprints) and objectives by detailing functionality at consumer and technical level
  • Work closely with the Software Factories (in sprints) to guarantee product implementation and time to market
  • Identify key performance indicators and design dashboards for Operational and Performance tracking after the launch of new features or products
  • Create, evaluate and analyze vendor proposals for new product ideas and new process and product improvements
  • Collect, organize and structure all additional information required to support the Statement of Work

Education / Training

  • 5+ years in product or project development or engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the development of similar requirement, testing, and process documents for unlicensed spectrum is a key requirement
  • MBA desirable


  • Superior people management and project management skills, but also a ‘hands-on’ attitude to work
  • Strong understanding of Product Management practices
  • Organized, detailed self-starter who is resourceful and able to effectively prioritize competing assignments
  • Highly skilled in facilitating meetings and creating and delivering presentations to a variety of in-person and remote audiences


The Product Manager will work closely with Project Management and Mobile teams to ensure product and technical support during the implementation and adoption phases.
