They are looking for a Jr. Sales Representative, to join their team in Medellín, Colombia!

As Jr. Sales Representative, you will be a multi-channel sales practitioner, selling on the phone, over email, and video recordings. Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • 5-7 years in cold calling, preferred
  • 3-6 years in lead generation experience 
  • Experience in the Transportation industry is desired 
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Handles rejection professionally.
  • Must display outstanding interpersonal skills and have a positive attitude
  • Must speak and write proficiently in the English language 
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills 
  • Prior CRM experience 
  • Has the ability to network
  • Experience planning, creating, and implementing a marketing strategy
  • Marketing automation experience
  • Proficient understanding of the principles of sales and best practices related to lead generation and driving leads through the sales funnel 
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Strong consumer and product awareness

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate and use lead funnels for outreach, to pitch new and existing modes of business, qualify potential clients and create positive relationships.
  • Generate leads 
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Reach out to potential clients byways of cold calling.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing programs
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients. 
  • Document and track all calls 
  • Maintain all client records
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients. 
  • Email marketing material to interested clients 
  • Follow up on marketing leads as well as expanding business from the company’s existing client base
  • Maintain contact list and follow up with customers to continue relationships 
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. 
  • Design and set short-term goals.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Set up and optimize company pages within relevant platforms to increase the visibility of a company’s social content.
  • Undertake the lead gen initiatives to achieve business targets.
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Stay abreast of current lead gen/targeted marketing best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of the company.
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation, graphic.
  • Develops, implements, and reviews systems to increase department efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize various computer programs.
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates to clients. 
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with target audiences.
  • Displays flexibility with workload and schedule in order to meet company needs.
  • Special projects as assigned.
