Sales Assistant (JN-122021-4647)

We’re now looking to hire a Sales Assistant to support sales activities related to the key accounts in the region and will report to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in international sales support
  • 1-3 years in consumer goods
  • Experience working with international orders and import labels
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Computer experience including knowledge of PCs with proven excel spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving capability
  • Analytical thinker, problem solver, detail oriented with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Complete retailer Quote Forms, Product Specification Forms and Product Picture Requests
  • Process and manage New Item Set Up for new programs
  • Manage Customer Price Books and work with Customer Service to keep up to date
  • Work with internal departments to set up New Accounts
  • Work with retailer to Set up company as a New Vendor
  • Work with internal departments to resolve any issues/ questions that might come up regarding key accounts- Latam
  • Communicate the needs to the warehouse and work with them on New Label Templates
  • Work with retailer to review and approve New Label Templates
  • Create Shipping Marks File to communicate label needs for each order
  • Manage customer’s Label Master Files and keep up to date with new items
  • Manage Monthly Open Orders File and communicate how many orders will ship each month
  • Work with Customer Service Team to ensure orders ship on time
  • Prepare Material Specification Sheets for orders as needed
