One of our clients, a growing company, with an energetic and fast-paced team in the construction industry, is looking for a Warehouse & Job Site Attendant.

  • Warehouse Supervision
  • Produce daily job site reports using company software and ensure all phases of construction are documented. (These images may be used for our digital marketing campaign)
  • Manage and maintain the sample department.
  • Double check all orders that ship out of our warehouse.
  • Maintain and manage data safety manual.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Manage inventory and assist with corporate inventory counts.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Assist workers with loading and unloading their vehicles and follow proper protocol.
  • Deliver material to job sites when necessary.
  • Follow proper receiving protocol, including thorough product inspections.
  • Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment daily and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, proper signage and stock in our Warehouse.
  • Pull stock orders and process in a timely manner.
  • Receive and put away materials in a timely manner.
  • Uphold all warehouse safety protocol and instruction.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management.
  • Work within the framework of the company’s defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
