Carolina is an energetic and passionate person, who loves working in Human Resources. She holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia. She has knowledge in Neuromarketing, Development, Training, Wellbeing and Recruitment Processes.

Prior to ASAP, Carolina worked as a human resources intern in Merck and as a Customer Service Representative in Teleperformance.

She loves studying, spending time with her family and friends, watching series and traveling.
