Our client is a commercial bank with headquarters in Florida. They are currently looking for a Temp Admin Assistant to join their Executive Office for a temporary assignment.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 3-5 years of administrative office experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Greeting vendors, take messages, photocopying, scanning documents, data entry, coffee, organizing files and helping with other clerical and administrative duties.
Education / Training
- A high school diploma.
- Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
