Our client is a growing company focused on Clean Technologies, Electromagnetic Pollution (EMF) assessments and is considered one of the three Emerging Disruptive Technologies and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team!
You will have the ability to work unsupervised and agree to a quiet work environment of few employees, but should also be willing to perform in fast and busy workdays.
Collaboration in minor logistics tasks would be expected from the person in case of urgent projects. If the person is on duty, it is expected that he/she moderates the use of the cell phone.
Qualifications / Requirements
- The person is expected to have acceptable communication skills, to be able to express comfortably, and to enjoy doing it.
- Capacity to perform the administrative management of the website (super simple online store platform in WordPress). This would be for administrative reports of purchase orders.
- Answer calls and offer basic telephone orientation of the products to our clients. This is rarely required, but there are a few calls every week.
- Control and monitoring of supplier payments.
- Withdrawal of products in-store.
- Notifications of payments to providers.
- Notify the accountant about sales and taxes.
- Make follow-up calls to clients and pending invoices.
- Manage the calendar of activities, meetings, visits, and meetings by ZOOM.
- Manage requests for office supplies and advertising material.
- Plan the hiring of office maintenance services or technical assistance.
