B2B Group Product Head (JN -102019-4051)

Our client is a leading telecommunication and digital services provider which serves 50 million customers and employees over 12,000 people around the world. They are currently looking for a B2B Group Product Head. This role will be focused on regional iniciatives and strategies for the product in LATAM.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven experience in taking existing and emerging products and solutions from  concept, launch through to significant market penetration while maintaining a disciplined approach around costs and operating expenses
  • Operationally detailed and extremely focused at driving execution and results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and influencing capacity to engage with suppliers, partners and other areas of the organization
  • Keen sense of competitive markets, products and technologies
  • Experienced on developing and leading implementation of complex business strategies and initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining specific product suite strategy by segment – Product roadmap, New products/services, market expansion, etc.
  • Manage harmonization of product suite in each segment and country – including defining the roadmap and key milestones to get there
  • Define Pricing guidelines for simple products and co-define pricing of complex products with segments and countries
  • Create clear guidelines for bundles based on product building blocks, specifically for Small & Micro segment
  • Ensure product quality & performance consistency across businesses; support OpCos when issues arise
  • Coordinate special innovation projects, including supporting incubation of certain products, alongside chosen “pilot Opco”
  • Coordinate the OpCos Product Plan with the CTIO and ensure there is a clear roadmap for sustainable growth
  • Manage partner / ecosystem relationships with key cross-OpCo vendors and partners
  • Decide on cross-OpCos suppliers and manage the interactions and relationship, with in-OpCp support
  • Ensure that new products have the right talent in charge of them, especially when they are key focuses for the company – e.g. Cloud, Security

Education / Training

  • Engineering Degree,  Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor of Business Administration

Background

  • At least 10+ years of broad product management and product portfolio management experience in telecom or technology businesses
