Business Development / Sales

Our client provides complete security solutions through assets security, protection of assets in transit, and patrol vehicles. The Sales Manager is responsible for selling these security services.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Knowledge of Real Estate and/or Property Management
  • Good contacts and a list of potential clients for immediate contact
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office
  • Candidate must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English


  • Service and establish new accounts
  • Plan and organize potential sales and business development
  • Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers
  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients
  • Assist new clients in setting up services
  • Insure that new client files are complete and up to date
  • Assist the team with clients or business development when requested


  • Strong sales experience required
