We are looking for an extraordinary leader to be the next Category Sales Manager (R2R) of one of the most fast growing international manufacturing companies in The United States of America. This position is 100% remote to cover sales for Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Ohio, Arizona, therefore you MUST live in any of these locations.

Qualifications / Requirements

 Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation.

 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in sales, business or related field.

 5+ years of sales experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the industrial market.

 Strong knowledge of textile markets.

 Must possess experience with high end and high value capital equipment sales.

 Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas.

 Solid understanding of sales process with the ability to explain that process from identification of opportunity through close of sale.

 Must be comfortable with traveling 70% of the time.

 Willingness to travel in the USA and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Your role will be responsible for all aspects of the assigned product categories including:

 Expand the company’s footprint in Direct to Fabric products by developing and executing a robust Go-To-Market strategy.

 Work in close collaboration with Marketing team to develop campaigns and marketing efforts specific for this market.

 Create business plan to drive sales and set sales objectives and annual forecast, and achieve such goals.

 Partner with the Regional Managers to ensure product category is top of mind with relevant customers and channel partners.

 Develops new business opportunities to provide a foundation for continuous upward sales trends while meeting all profitability objectives.

 Develops marketing and business strategies, innovative processes, and programs to meet objectives which are consistent with a “customer-focused” high performance sales organization.

 Establishes professional and responsive relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and continued business.

 Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships and generating new accounts to increase revenue and achieve goals.

 Participating in sales meetings, sales calls, seminar facilitation, trade shows, and the development of other sales strategies and initiatives.

 Proactively managing accounts and expanding the Company’s business relationship with them.

 International and national travel up to 70% of the time.

Education / Training

 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in sales, business or related field.
