Communications & Community Manager

Responsibilities

  • To develop Digital Marketing Strategies to attract and onboard CEOs, GMs, COOs, Directors of HR, CFOs for LATAM or Regional HQs of large and mid-size multinationals through LATAM & USA
  • To develop Digital Marketing Strategies to attract and create engagement with “Potential Candidates” market
  • Identify weaknesses in existing Marketing campaigns and posted content and generate pragmatic solutions, within budget, to improve KPIs
  • To generate, post and maintain content for ASAP’s websites (www.asapstaffingservices.com & www.asap.com.ve) both in English & Spanish
  • To generate & post content and to reply to interactions & engagement in all Social Media platforms used by the group
  • To track website & Social Media KPIs (including conversions & ROI)
  • To work with Recruitment team in generating appealing and interesting messages to improve candidate responsiveness
  • To assist Direct Marketing Manager to generate, maintain and improve Scripts for the Direct Marketing team
  • To track Digital Marketing direct impact on Sales Revenue & Gross Margin ($) goals
  • To report all KPIs to top management on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual meetings

Education / Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA, Master in Human Resources, Master in Marketing or HR Certifications Highly preferred
  • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) required

Background

  • 5+ years of experience in a Community Manager or Digital Marketing roles
  • Experience in Human Resources or consulting services preferred
