Design and implement new products and solutions as per the standards of industry with the highest level
of availability, scalability and security and in a cost-efficient manner.
Track the regional platforms performance and efficiency using consolidated and relevant indicators,
perform scheduled health check, audits and optimization activities, with a good level of anticipation to
ensure Service continuity.
Provide expertise to any escalated incident or abnormal event that (may) affect Business Services.
Work according to OLA/SLA and target KPI defined with customers (operating countries).
Qualifications / Requirements
3+ years of experience in a network engineering or operations team of a mobile network operator.
Solid technical understanding of mobile network engineering and technologies, especially in Core and
VAS platforms architecture, 4G/IMS/VoLTE (Desirable), Network Signaling and Traffic Communication
Protocols and 3GPP Standard Interfaces, Security Protocols and Best Practices, Telco Cloud, Platform
Experience in planning and engineering processes, and in running deployment projects delivering on time,
cost and scope.
Project management experience leading relevant projects is key for this role.
