Customer Service Representative

Our client is a company that delivers innovative asset management, valuation, and disposition solutions for copiers and office equipment. Right now they are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Office Customer Service – Retail Customer Service will not be considered to meet this requirement. Call Center can be considered but must have some Office Experience with Outlook, Excel, and general Office protocol.

  • Basic Excel Skills, may need to complete proficiency test

  • Strong communication & follow up competency
  • Strong English Skills, Bilingual Spanish a Plus but Not Required


  • Assist in coordinating logistics for customers and partners
  • Handle getting quotes from freight companies and then providing estimates to clients
  • Answer and assist callers with inquiries and route calls as necessary
  • Schedule inbound delivery appointments for all warehouses
  • Data Entry of freight quotes as well as uploading data files into our computer systems
  • Assist with creating and sending reports to clients, working with Excel
  • Recommend and assist with solutions to common customer issues
  • Assist and process sales orders for Order Management Department
  • Assist and provide follow-up confirmed customer orders securing payment & scheduling
  • Copying; scanning, emailing and filing documents for record keeping purposes
