Customer Service Representative (JN -082020-4228)

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

If you are someone with exceptional customer service and communication skills and you have experience working in insurance, ideally with high net worth clientele and their unique insurance needs, this is the job for you!

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Account Managers in their daily duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service to their private clients
  • Call clients, follow ups, helping with some renewal policies, endorsement, insurance documents
  • Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, the firm, and insurance company partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claim

Education / Training

  • English and Spanish, it’s a PLUS.

Background

  • 3 years of experience in insurance industry
