Logistics Customer Service Representative – ( JN -112021-4635)

Do you like to change hats, keep an eye on logistics, process contracts and purchase orders, ensure excellent service standards, and maintain high customer satisfaction?

 

You will join a great team as a Logistics Customer Service Representative at a global food and beverages company in Winter Garden, FL. Working in an inclusive work environment, less formal, more friendly on-site, Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).

You will be the first communication point between the company and the client. Being flexible, proactive, energetic, and hands-on will be very important.

 

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Process product orders for US domestic customers and at times assist with processing orders for international customers and confirm orders back to customers.
  • Ensure that sales orders are entered into the business system completely and accurately so that they can be invoiced promptly and accurately.
  • Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time; dispatches to carriers in close coordination with the local logistics team. Follow up to make sure products are shipped and received.
  • Verifies merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
  • Billing and invoicing.
  • Build and maintain great customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Supporting the logistics team and working alongside the Customer Service and Logistics Coordinators for North and Central America

You are:

  • Experienced working with companies in the logistics field (is a must) and familiar with order fulfillment, invoicing, and import/export process. Experience in the food and beverage field (is a plus).
  • Really good in Excel with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Enjoys working in a very dynamic multicultural environment and getting involved in finding solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptative to different work methods and thinking, open mind.
  • Very independent and organized with proven project management experience.
  • English is a must, Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with SAP will be a plus!
