Our client is a growing start-up  in the software industry that drives quality traffic to the dealership’s website, and convert them into buyers. All in one powerful platform!

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team for several locations in Pacific Time Zone!

As Customer Success MAange, you will be responsible for activating new automotive accounts in the PNW and provide process change recommendations to dealers to allow them to fully take advantage of the product, and present best practices to ensure success with-in their local area as each market is vastly different. Also, you will provide ongoing account management, refresher, and new feature training, and ongoing support for dealer partners and maintain the automotive industry and competitive knowledge.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 2 years in the automotive industry
  • 2 years in a customer success position (could be also as a digital marketing performance manager if the day to day was to retain and report to clients).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (paid search, SEO, ppc, Google ads, Facebook ads. Google analytics)
  • Analytical skills: ability to create reports from raw data
