Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven digital marketing skills and advanced understanding of different platforms, innovations and trends
  • Strong knowledge of technical requirements for a best in class digital marketing operation
  • Good knowledge of all digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, campaign management, content development, inbound marketing and reporting
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Proven ability to develop plans, focused on opportunity, activation, KPIs, goals, and measuring outcome (ROI mentality)
  • Strong leader with the ability to influence without authority across multifunctional teams and marketing peers in other countries

  • Build and plan the overall strategic guidelines for digital marketing
  • Push the organization to move the mindset from “digital marketing” to “digital performance marketing”
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team across the region and create a sense of regional team with local execution
  • Build relations and work alongside partner companies to strengthen relations and maximize win/win opportunities for the organization (i.e Facebook, Google, Twitter, regional)
  • Lead regional marketing agencies, developing them as partners to position them as informal consultants in their areas of expertise
  • Work with cross functional teams on projects that are connected to day-to-day digital marketing initiatives (i.e Discovery portals, new product launches, end to end lead generation)
  • Keep abreast with Digital Marketing, Industry and Market trends
