Our client is a fast-growing, e-commerce business, disrupting the Adult Products Industry. They are looking for a Director of Digital Customer Acquisition to join their team!

Qualifications / Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Outstanding knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail, and presentation software
  • Spoken and written fluency in English. Spanish is a plus
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills


  • “Own” all customer acquisition channels and oversee all activities that drive revenue: paid media (PPC, SEO, SEM, SEA, etc.)
  • Be responsible for all ways to drive potential customers to our online buying experience
  • Establish key traffic-driving partnerships online
  • Build, plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition
  • Manage and train the rest of the team, organize and lead digital marketing team (in-house, external agencies, and freelancers)
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Measure ROI and KPIs. This role needs to ensure that all activities are efficient and that we see a positive ROI on each channel
  • Prepare, manage, and align digital marketing budget
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
  • Anticipate sales performance trends
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Drive marketing initiatives internally by connecting with all responsible departments (i.e. Merchandise, Customer Service, Tech, Operations, Purchasing, etc)
  • Direct the development of, and provides input into, monthly forecasts and demand models

Education / Training

  • MA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field


  • Min 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Min 8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Min 5 years of experience in managing complex Pay Per Click campaigns/account
  • Min 8 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Strong background in PPC
  • Strong background in e-commerce, DTC and CPG
  • Experience in challenging Industries (CBD, Alcohol, etc) would be helpful
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
